This November some of the males staff at Otonga Road Primary School decided to grown mustaches to support Movember. The aim was to raise money and awareness of men's health. We exceeded our goal of $200 and made $300. Students also got a chance to show off their mo's on our school Mo Day; you can see the photos of the growing mo's and the class photos below.
Thank you to everyone who contributed.
Slideshow and photos by Corey-James and Olivia.
LOL,That slide is so funny. I like how you added detail and put a photo of every week
ReplyDeleteWow guys! Great slide show. I really liked the photos of all the teachers and their mustaches. Great job to everyone else for donating so we could reach 300$. Wasn't it a great day? Whats your'e favorite mustache styles Corey and Olivia?
ReplyDeleteWelldone to Corey and Olivia on this excellent presentation, I think that Motonga had some pretty awesome moustaches. I think it was cool how you took photos of the moustaches progressing. I don't know if we will be able to recognise them tomorrow! Great job girls.
ReplyDeleteWow those are amazing moustaches'. There are so many different kinds. I thought it's so cool to put moustaches on and act like your somebody else. This also reminds me of a book I read it is called " School moustaches," It's about this boy he moved to a new school but it was so boring he wished that it was interesting. The very next day everyone had moustaches on. It's very nice that people donated to the man's health I think it's a big help for them too.
ReplyDeleteGreat presentation Corey and Olivia. I like how you guys came up with the idea to take a photo of all the teachers who have mustaches every week. I also like how you guys told the people who looked at this slide why we were fundraising. Keep up with the great work.
ReplyDeleteYes Corey and Olivia did make this I think they just must be so awesome to be able to make something like this.
ReplyDeleteWell done.
Those moustaches wow how do men grow those moustaches that fast. It must be really annoying to have one . How many kids would want a real moustaches I wouldn't want a real one but I love to were fake ones.
ReplyDeleteAwesome mo's everyone ; I think it looks so cool .

ReplyDeleteIt is cool how you did almost every slide in detail, my touch coach also has a big mo. What I think you could improve is by labeling the class slides.

ReplyDeleteHello Otonga,
ReplyDeleteI am Kassy. I think what the trenchers did was a fantastic way on raising money for men's health. My school did something like that to raise money for E.D.A.S. I must say it was a great experiences. Also I like how they wanted to raise money to help a certain cause.
